Vegan cheesecake



  • Soaked macadamia nuts (soaked overnight in filtered water). Macadamia nuts represent a good source of monounsaturated fats.
  • Melted cacao butter… mmmm just the smell of it tells you how yummy it is. Regarding chocolate, the darker it is, the better! Full of magnesium between other things, dark chocolate (73%) has lifted my mood and levels of energy when I was a bit down this week. It works so fast!
  • A dash of oats milk.

Blend together. Place in a cooking ring and let it set in the freezer until it becomes a bit more solid.



  • bananas
  • passion fruits
  • A scoop of sprouted rice protein
  • Half a cup of oats milk

Blend together.

Pour on top of base and let set in the freezer until hard. Place in the fridge half an hour before ready to enjoy your little treat!
