Choc, Chia & Banana

Ingredients for 4 serves

  • 2 cups of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of linseeds
  • 3 cups of filtered water
  • 1 large banana
  • 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon of mesquite powder
  • 2 cups of milk of your choice


  • A cup to measure
  • A powerful blender

Healthy sweet treat


  • Soak chia and linseeds
  • For at least 30 minutes
  • In filtered water preferably


  • Once the chia and linseeds are covered with a gelatinous film, remove the excess water
  • In the blender, add all the ingredients
  • Blend until the mix is homogenous but still thick
  • Let it rest in the fridge until dessert time


  • 10 minutes before you would like to eat this healthy treat
