I ♥ adding
- 3 handful of organic mixed berries
- 1 glass of coconut water
- Zest of lemon/lime
- 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of carob powder (if you have a sweet tooth)
And if you want to make your own ice-cream, you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the following options:
- Full fat organic yoghurt or
- Coyo (frozen coconut yoghurt) or
- Coconut cream or milk.
Blend together !!!
Add some whole berries and chia seeds on top.
