Summer smoothie

Do you love mangoes as much as I do?

Here is a beautiful smoothie made with my favourite fruit, capsicum, nuts, seeds and berries…

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 1 mango
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 pink lady apple
  • 1 handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 handful of macadamia nuts
  • 1 handful of Pura Veda
  • 1 handful of Inca berries
  • 1 sprinkle of chia seeds
  • 1 glass of full fat milk
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • The juice of one lemon


Blend together & enjoy!
