Overall smoothies are very easy to make and it is possible to find thousands of simple smoothie recipes on the internet…

The full recipe can be seen here > Fancy Smoothie Recipe
The recipe is really easy and quick to make when you have all the ingredients ready.
Some of the ingredients
- Inca berries. Excellent source of fibre, low in saturated fat and sodium.
- Vanilla bean powder. For its aroma.
- Raw mesquite powder. High protein and mineral content including magnesium, calcium or lysine. It has a sweet taste but a low glycaemic index (25) to help balance blood sugar levels.
- Coconut cream. Rich and smooth for the texture.
All ingredients were certified organic.

Hope you’re having a good week!
