What ingredients do you need?
- Steel cut oats
- Chia seeds
- Cacao powder
- Carob powder
- Almond milk
- Lemon juice
- Protein powder
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Flaxseed oil
What do you do now?
- Cook/boil steel cut oats and quinoa
- When cooked, rinse with cold water and let it rest for a few minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well
- Leave in fridge overnight and wake up for this vegan beauty!
Counting the days before the end of this challenge. Even if we are eating nutritious vegan foods, I can feel that my body requires a bit more variety. 4 days to go…
