What ingredients do you need?

  • Steel cut oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Quinoa
  • Cacao powder
  • Carob powder
  • Almond milk
  • Lemon juice
  • Protein powder
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Flaxseed oil

Bfast vegan choc pudding

What do you do now?

  • Cook/boil steel cut oats and quinoa
  • When cooked, rinse with cold water and let it rest for a few minutes
  • Add the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Leave in fridge overnight and wake up for this vegan beauty!
