Summer finally seems on its way here is Perth… Sunday we had 39 degrees, blue sky… and a lot of studies to do.
The perfect weather to eat a delicious and nutritious salad, ready in less than 10 minutes rich in good fats with plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

While being very busy with my studies, I try to multi task to the max. I aim to spend at least 15-20 minutes every day in the sun for a bit of vitamin D and physical activity going for a run or a swim, I eat healthy to feed my brain and have enough energy to complete all the tasks on my To Do List. I also intend to relax and switch off a bit every day so I can do it all over again the day after! 20 days counting hehe
