One way to do it is a high consumption of vitamin C. Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamin C so this green smoothie was perfect in that regard.

If you think about it in the long term, eating a balanced diet can help you save a fair bit of money. By investing on fruits and veggies for an optimum and balanced diet, you might end up reducing your medical expenses. I’d rather have a green smoothie every day than lots of medications later…
